At Bagnaka.com, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently—whether within India or internationally.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines
🇮🇳 Domestic Delivery (India)

Standard Delivery: Your order will be delivered within 4–6 business days after dispatch.

Express Delivery: Products are delivered within 2–3 business days (extra charges apply).

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select pin codes with a ₹89 service fee.

International Delivery

We ship internationally using reliable courier partners like DHL, FedEx, and Aramex.

Orders are typically delivered within 15-25 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Charges
Domestic:

Free delivery on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

₹79 flat rate for orders below ₹999.

International:

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes (if applicable) are not included and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, your order's delivery status can be tracked using the tracking ID sent via email/SMS.

You will be notified when your order is out for delivery and again when it has been delivered.

Returns & Refunds for International Orders

Returns are not accepted on international shipments unless the product is damaged or not delivered.

All claims must be raised within 168 hours of delivery with proof (unboxing video and images).
